介绍了分级式可控高压并联电抗器的原理结构,分析了控制部分短路故障对各控制支路的电流的影响,得出短路点所在控制支路及下级控制支路电流发生显著变化的结论,并提出如下保护方案:通过实时采集电流计算流过各辅助电抗器的电流值,分析以辅助电抗器的理论电流值作为基础的故障电流定值制定方案,两者比较构成故障电流判据,实现对故障进行判断并判别故障位置的作用。RTDS 试验结果反映了此保护具有以下特点:不仅能对控制部分的短路故障进行快速判断,而且能对短路故障发生的位置进行区分,故障判据灵敏、短路故障覆盖范围广且定值易整定。

This paper describes the basic principle of step controlled high-voltage shunt reactor,analyzes the influence on each control branch when short-circuit fault occurs,and concludes that the current of the control branches on the short circuit point and lower short circuit point decreases significantly.So,a protection scheme is proposed as follows:first,the real-time current of all auxiliary reactors is calculated,then the constant value setting methods of different auxiliary reactors and different capacities are analyzed based on the theoretical current value of auxiliary reactors,the two should be compared to become the current criterion for distinguishing fault and its location.Real-time digital simulator (RTDS) experiment results show the protection scheme has the following features:quick judgment,accurate positioning,sensitive current criterion,wide scope of coverage and easy setting of constant value.
