谐振变换器由于可实现开关器件的软开关而十分适用于高压大功率场合。文中提出了一种适用于海上风电直流并网技术的谐振升压变换器,该变换器利用 LC 并联谐振网络可实现很高的电压增益,同时不仅具有开关管零电压开通和近似零电压关断以及整流二极管零电流关断的优点,而且具有开关管和谐振网络的电压应力不超过输出电压一半的特点。此外,相比于传统谐振变换器,该变换器在整个负载范围内开关频率变化范围小。阐述了该变换器的工作原理和工作特性,讨论了谐振网络参数的选择,仿真和实验结果验证了工作原理和谐振网络参数选择的正确性。

Because the resonant converter can achieve soft-switching of the switching device,it is suitable for high-power situations.This paper presents a resonant converter which is suitable for DC system of offshore wind farms.Using LC parallel resonant,the converter can achieve high voltage gain.It is characterized by zero voltage switch turn-on and nearly zero voltage switch turn-off as well as zero current turn-off of rectifier diode.In addition,compared to conventional resonant converters,the switching frequency of this LC parallel resonant converter requires small-scale changes over the entire load range and voltage stress of all switches and LC resonator is not more than half of the output voltage.This paper presents the working principle of the converter and discusses the parameter selection process of the resonant network.Simulation and experimental results verify the working principle of the converter and parameters selection of the resonant network.
