该文介绍基于患者健康指标的移动护理智能核对系统，该系统是在移动Itouch设备进行二次开发的基础上完成的。该系统将移动IT设备及条形码技术应用于病人信息识别，利用与无线网络联接的移动Itouch设备，通过扫描病人腕带条形码后，再扫描输液瓶（袋）、口服药袋、检验试管条形码，从而通过语音及屏幕提示来核对病人身份的准确性，实现病人用药核对、检验采样核对，护士通过该系统进行皮试双人核对、生命体征录入等操作。

An Intelligent mobile nursing checking system is described with the patient's health indicators, which is the secondary development system of mobile devices named Itouch. Moving IT equipment and bar code technology is applied in patient infor?mation identification, using the wireless network connection Itouch mobile devices to scan the bar code of patient wristband, then scan infusion bottles (bags), oral medicine bag, test tube bar codes, so that the accuracy of patient information identification is checked by voice and screen, further, patient medication reconciliation and test samples are checked. The system realize double checks with skin test ,and many operations by nurses, such as input operations of vital signs.
