回顾广东省风华锂电公司发展历程,该企业不仅是全国最早进入锂电池行业的企业之一,同时也是国内为数不多掌握正负极材料生产技术的企业,但随着近二十年的发展,企业不仅没有处在技术革新领域的前沿,而且与其他竞争对手的差距越来越大。为了破解企业生产经营困境,锂电公司以“动态匹配视角”重塑商业模式,转型升级取得成功。结合本轮广东省体制机制创新改革契机,锂电公司将抓住本次体制机制改革契机,企业外部,积极寻求战略合作者,优化股东结构,探索多样化的合作模式,不断谋求资本市场上的突破;企业内部,强化市场机制为导向,减少行政审批对企业造成的束缚,逐步开展改制工作,探索多形式的激励机制,不仅为锂电公司未来发展打下基础,也为实现锂电公司增值溢价做好铺垫。
