目的:研究金莲花提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法对金莲花中总黄酮进行提取,以出膏率和紫外分光光度法测定的总黄酮得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度(A)、回流时间(B、回流次数(C)、料液比(D)4个因素。检测波长为500 nm。结果优化的金莲花提取条件为A2B1C3D2。结论采用65%乙醇,料液比为1∶10,回流3次,每次2小时为最佳工艺,其中回流次数为显著性因素。黄酮最高含量为15.74%,最高出膏率为45.72%。

목적:연구금연화제취공예。방법채용정교시험법대금연화중총황동진행제취,이출고솔화자외분광광도법측정적총황동득솔위지표,고찰을순농도(A)、회류시간(B、회류차수(C)、료액비(D)4개인소。검측파장위500 nm。결과우화적금연화제취조건위A2B1C3D2。결론채용65%을순,료액비위1∶10,회류3차,매차2소시위최가공예,기중회류차수위현저성인소。황동최고함량위15.74%,최고출고솔위45.72%。
Objective to study on extraction process of Trollius Chinensis.Methods The study was carried out through Orthogonal Design,the congtent of Orientin determined by UV-spectrophotometry and the rate of obtaining paste were as guide.4 influencial factors,ethanol concentration(A),time of extraction(B),return the number(C)and material liquid than(D)were studied.The detection wavelength was 500 nm. Results The optimal conditions for the extraction were A2B1C3D2.Conclusion Extract three times by 65% ethanol,2 hours for every time,the material liquid than was 1:10,and the notable factor was return the number. The highest content of total flavones was 15.74%,and the highest extract rate was 45.72%.
