设备构件在制造加工过程中会受到多种工艺因素的影响，部分影响在设备构件成型后仍不能消除，残留在成型构件内形成残余应力。残余应力是设备制造不可避免的影响因素，如何避免、消除残余应力的影响是大型工程设计、施工安装中必须考虑的重要因素。该文对设备、钢结构安装过程中存在残余应力的原因、可能存在的影响进行了分析，在此基础上，提出并分析了消除设备及钢结构安装中有害残余应力的手段，对大型工程设计和施工有着较为重要的实际意义。

설비구건재제조가공과정중회수도다충공예인소적영향，부분영향재설비구건성형후잉불능소제，잔류재성형구건내형성잔여응력。잔여응력시설비제조불가피면적영향인소，여하피면、소제잔여응력적영향시대형공정설계、시공안장중필수고필적중요인소。해문대설비、강결구안장과정중존재잔여응력적원인、가능존재적영향진행료분석，재차기출상，제출병분석료소제설비급강결구안장중유해잔여응력적수단，대대형공정설계화시공유착교위중요적실제의의。
In the manufacturing process,the equipment components wil be affected by many factors of the process.And some effects of these factors can not be eliminated even after the formation of the equipment components,which result in the residual stress in the equipment components.The residual stress is an inevitable factor to the equipment manufacturing.And the method to avoid or eliminate the influence of residual stress is the important factor in the large engineering design and construction process. In this paper,the reason and influence for the presence of the residual stress in the equipment and steel structure construction process were analyzed.And then, the methods to eliminate the harmful residual stress in the equipment and steel structure construction process were presented and analyzed,which was meaningful for the large engineering design and construction.
