目的:研究通宣理肺口服液的镇咳、祛痰、平喘、抗炎、镇痛、解热及抑菌作用。方法镇咳实验采用氨水致小鼠咳嗽和枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽法,平喘实验采用组胺和乙酰胆碱致豚鼠哮喘法,祛痰实验采用小鼠气管酚红分泌法,抗炎实验采用角叉菜胶致大鼠急性胸膜炎和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法,镇痛实验采用小鼠醋酸扭体和小鼠热板法,解热实验采用内毒素致家兔发热法,抑菌实验采用体外呼吸系统致病菌抑菌法。结果通宣理肺口服液能明显抑制小鼠咳嗽、豚鼠咳嗽和哮喘,增加小鼠气管酚红分泌量,降低胸膜炎大鼠的WBC数量,提高小鼠痛阈值,对抗内毒素所致家兔体温升高,抑制呼吸系统相关致病菌。结论通宣理肺口服液具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘、抗炎、镇痛、解热及抑菌作用。

목적:연구통선리폐구복액적진해、거담、평천、항염、진통、해열급억균작용。방법진해실험채용안수치소서해수화구연산치돈서해수법,평천실험채용조알화을선담감치돈서효천법,거담실험채용소서기관분홍분비법,항염실험채용각차채효치대서급성흉막염화이갑분치소서이종창법,진통실험채용소서작산뉴체화소서열판법,해열실험채용내독소치가토발열법,억균실험채용체외호흡계통치병균억균법。결과통선리폐구복액능명현억제소서해수、돈서해수화효천,증가소서기관분홍분비량,강저흉막염대서적WBC수량,제고소서통역치,대항내독소소치가토체온승고,억제호흡계통상관치병균。결론통선리폐구복액구유진해、거담、평천、항염、진통、해열급억균작용。
Objective To study the preventing cough, eliminating phlegm, relieving asthma, anti-inflammatory, analgestic and antipyretic effects of Tongxuan Lifei Koufuye(TXLFKFY). Methods Antitussive experiments using ammonia induced cough in mouse and citric acid-induced cough in guinea pig , Asthma experiment using histamineand acetycholine induced asthmatic in guinea pig , Expectorant experiment using mouse tracheal phenol red secretion method, The anti-inflammatory experiments using carrageenan induced rat acute pleurisy and xylene induced ear swelling in mice, The analgesic experiments adopted mouse acetic acid writhing and mice hot plate, Antipyretic experiment with endotoxin induced fever in rabbits, The respiratory pathogens in vitro bacteriostasis experiment, to observe antibacterial activity of drugs. Results TXLFKFY can obviously inhibit the mouse cough , the guinea pig cough and asthma caused by histamine in guinea pig, Increase the mouse tracheal phenol red secretion, Reduce the number of WBC in pleurisy rats, Raise the pain threshold in mice, Against endotoxin induced fever in rabbits; Inhibit of common respiratory pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion TXLFKFY has antitussive, expectorant, antiasthmatic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and antibacterial effects.
