目的:通过对术后病理证实为子宫腺肌症的临床病例进行回顾性分析,探讨子宫腺肌症合并子宫肌瘤与单纯子宫肌瘤的超声诊断情况。方法选取我院妇科2011年1月~2012年12月期间接收的因良性妇科疾病而进行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,将这100例患者进行一般情况、临床症状,手术病理结果与术前超声检查进行比较。结果100例患者术前超声诊断结果为子宫腺肌症46例,子宫肌瘤42例,子宫腺肌症合并子宫肌瘤为12例。而手术病理确诊为子宫腺肌症44例,子宫肌瘤43例,子宫腺肌症合并子宫肌瘤为13例。术前超声诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果存在着一定的偏差,两者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌症合并子宫肌瘤影响超声对子宫腺肌症诊断的准确性。

Objective To retrospectively analyze pathologically conifrmed adenomyosis, explore ultrasonic diagnostic feature of adenomyosis with myoma and uterine fibroids. Methods Choosing patients with benign gynecologic disease and surgical treatment in my hospital from January 2011 to December 2012, compared the normal circumstances, clinical symptoms, pathologic ifndings and intraoperative ultrasonography. Results In the 100 patients, in intraoperative ultrasound diagnosis, 46 cases were adenomyosis, 42 cases were uterine ifbroids, 12 cases were adenomyosis merger and uterine fibroids. In the surgical pathology diagnosis, 44 cases were adenomyosis, 43 cases were uterine fibroids, 13 cases were adenomyosis merger and uterine ifbroids. Preoperative ultrasound diagnosis and surgical pathology results had some deviations, there was statistically <br> signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Adenomyosis merger uterine ifbroids affect the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of adenomyosis..
