目的:研究分析血液样本溶血对临床生化检验的影响。方法对2013~2014年我院78例健康检验患者来进行探讨分析,要求患者在晨时空腹状态接受血液采集,将这些血液样本分成两份,进行常规生化检验以及诱导溶血生化检验,对检验结果进行比较分析。结果经过检验后,两份血液样本中的ALT、AST、LDH以及K+含量等均是在经过诱导溶血后的样本中比较高,ALP含量在诱导溶血后的样本中比较低。结论临床进行血液检验的时候,如果样本发生了溶血情况,那么检验结果就会受到影响,导致检验结果不准确,所以应该要积极的避免血液样本发生溶血的情况。

목적:연구분석혈액양본용혈대림상생화검험적영향。방법대2013~2014년아원78례건강검험환자래진행탐토분석,요구환자재신시공복상태접수혈액채집,장저사혈액양본분성량빈,진행상규생화검험이급유도용혈생화검험,대검험결과진행비교분석。결과경과검험후,량빈혈액양본중적ALT、AST、LDH이급K+함량등균시재경과유도용혈후적양본중비교고,ALP함량재유도용혈후적양본중비교저。결론림상진행혈액검험적시후,여과양본발생료용혈정황,나요검험결과취회수도영향,도치검험결과불준학,소이응해요적겁적피면혈액양본발생용혈적정황。
Objective To study the problem about clinical biochemical analysis affected by hemolysis blood. Methods 78 cases of patients according to the health examination in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were chose for the discussion analysis, required patients accept blood collection with fasting state, these blood samples were divided into two parts, received routine biochemical test and hemolysis induced by biochemical tests, comparative analysed the test results. Results After examination, the content of ALT, AST, LDH and K+ was higher in induced hemolysis groups, and the content of ALP induced hemolysis was relatively low. Conclusion If there is occurrence of hemolysis sampl in clinical blood test, the test results will be affected, leading to the error test result, so we should avoid blood sample from hemolysis.
