目的：分析复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将153例老年冠心病心绞痛患者分为2组，2组均给予常规治疗，研究组77例同时给予复方丹参滴丸治疗，对照组76例同时给予单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗。结果研究组心绞痛总有效率为96.10%，心电图总有效率为92.21%，不良反应发生率为3.90%，对照组心绞痛总有效率为76.32%，心电图总有效率为71.05%，不良反应发生率为23.68%。研究组心绞痛及心电图总有效率高于对照组，其不良反应发生率低于对照组，2组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛，可提高临床疗效，改善心电图，不良反应少。

목적：분석복방단삼적환치료노년관심병심교통적림상료효。방법장153례노년관심병심교통환자분위2조，2조균급여상규치료，연구조77례동시급여복방단삼적환치료，대조조76례동시급여단초산이산리지편치료。결과연구조심교통총유효솔위96.10%，심전도총유효솔위92.21%，불량반응발생솔위3.90%，대조조심교통총유효솔위76.32%，심전도총유효솔위71.05%，불량반응발생솔위23.68%。연구조심교통급심전도총유효솔고우대조조，기불량반응발생솔저우대조조，2조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론복방단삼적환치료노년관심병심교통，가제고림상료효，개선심전도，불량반응소。
Objective To analysis the clinical curative effect of compound danshen dropping pill in the treatment of senile angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 153 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into two groups, two groups were both given conventional treatment, 77 cases in the research group were given compound danshen dropping pill in addition, 76 cases in the control group was given isosorbide mononitrate in addition. Results In research group, the total effective rate was 96.10%,the electrocardiogram (ecg)effective rate was 92.21%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.90%. In the control angina, the total effective rate was 76.32%, electrocardiogram (ecg) effective rate was 71.05%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 23.68%. The total effective rate and electrocardiogram (ecg) effective rate were in research group were high the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction in research group was lower than the control group, the differences in two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound danshen dropping pill in the treatment of senile angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical curative effect and the electrocardiogram (ecg), and has less adverse reaction.
