目的：分析中医辩证法治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2013年8月~2014年8月收治的80例糖尿病患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用西医方式实施治疗，治疗组采用中医辩证法实施治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率结果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组的治疗总有效率为75.00%，同时治疗组的不良反应发生率为7.50%，对照组的不良反应发生率为20.00%，两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病患者采用中医辩证法开展治疗，能够有效的控制患者血糖水平，达到滋补肾脾的效果。
목적：분석중의변증법치료당뇨병적림상료효。방법선취아원우2013년8월~2014년8월수치적80례당뇨병환자，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조채용서의방식실시치료，치료조채용중의변증법실시치료，대비량조환자적림상료효화불량반응발생솔결과。결과치료조적치료총유효솔위95.00%，대조조적치료총유효솔위75.00%，동시치료조적불량반응발생솔위7.50%，대조조적불량반응발생솔위20.00%，량조결과대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론당뇨병환자채용중의변증법개전치료，능구유효적공제환자혈당수평，체도자보신비적효과。
Objective To discuss the effect of Dialectics TCM in the treatment of diabetes. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with diabetes from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group used western medicine treatment, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.00%, in control group was 75.00%, while the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50% in treatment group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%in the control group, two groups of results contrast existed signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetes using the dialectics of traditional Chinese medicine has signiifcant effect, can effectively control blood sugar levels, to achieve the effect of nourishing kidney and spleen.
