目的：探讨真菌性角膜溃疡治疗的方法和疗效。方法20例真菌性角膜溃疡局部5%碘酊烧灼，生理盐水冲洗，氟康唑粉剂涂撒溃疡面。结果16例治愈，2例有效、复发，2例无效。结论氟康唑粉剂局部涂眼联合5%碘酊治疗真菌性角膜溃疡有较好疗效。
목적：탐토진균성각막궤양치료적방법화료효。방법20례진균성각막궤양국부5%전정소작，생리염수충세，불강서분제도살궤양면。결과16례치유，2례유효、복발，2례무효。결론불강서분제국부도안연합5%전정치료진균성각막궤양유교호료효。
Objective To explore the curative effect of treatment in fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 20 cases of fungal corneal ulcer local used 5%iodine tincture cautery, physiological saline, fluconazole powder coating the the surface of ulcer. Results 16 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective but recurrence, 2 cases were invalid. Conclusion Fluconazole powder combined with 5%iodine tincture in hasve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.
