目的：探讨补肺膏联合舒利迭在治疗支气管哮喘非急性发作期的疗效。方法：2012年12月-2013年1月本院肺病科收治支气管哮喘50例，分为实验组和对照组，每组25例，实验组给予补肺膏联合舒利迭，对照组给予单纯使用舒利迭。每3个月统计1次患者症状临床改善情况，以及哮喘急性发作情况和感冒次数。结果：两组总有效率分别为96%和88%，秩和检验两组间无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：补肺膏联合舒利迭能减轻哮喘临床症状，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토보폐고연합서리질재치료지기관효천비급성발작기적료효。방법：2012년12월-2013년1월본원폐병과수치지기관효천50례，분위실험조화대조조，매조25례，실험조급여보폐고연합서리질，대조조급여단순사용서리질。매3개월통계1차환자증상림상개선정황，이급효천급성발작정황화감모차수。결과：량조총유효솔분별위96%화88%，질화검험량조간무통계학차이（P>0.05）。결론：보폐고연합서리질능감경효천림상증상，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Bufei cream plus Seretide on non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods:50 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 25 cases for each. The experimental group was given Bufei cream plus seretide, while the control group was given seretide only. Improvement of clinical symptoms, times of asthma acute episodes and cold were observed every 3 months. Results: The total efficiency in the the experimental group and the control group was 96%and 88%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Bufei cream plus seretide on non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma could improve clinical symptoms, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
