目的：对外伤性脑脊液漏的临床治疗手段进行探讨分析。方法选取我院2012年10月～2013年10月收治的外伤性脑脊液漏患者30例，分别给予手术和保守治疗，手术治疗包括腰大池置管引流术和开颅颅底重建脑脊液漏修补术。结果保守治疗后，15例痊愈，4例经过腰大池置管引流术后好转，4例行腰大池置管引流术后加行延期骨折开颅颅底重建脑脊液漏修补术后痊愈，7例行开颅颅底脑脊液漏修补术后，6例痊愈出院、1例手术过程中发生颅内感染死亡。结论外伤性脑脊液漏患者多数保守治疗痊愈，严重病例需要手术。
목적：대외상성뇌척액루적림상치료수단진행탐토분석。방법선취아원2012년10월～2013년10월수치적외상성뇌척액루환자30례，분별급여수술화보수치료，수술치료포괄요대지치관인류술화개로로저중건뇌척액루수보술。결과보수치료후，15례전유，4례경과요대지치관인류술후호전，4례행요대지치관인류술후가행연기골절개로로저중건뇌척액루수보술후전유，7례행개로로저뇌척액루수보술후，6례전유출원、1례수술과정중발생로내감염사망。결론외상성뇌척액루환자다수보수치료전유，엄중병례수요수술。
Objective Discuss the clinical treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal lfuid leakage. Methods From October 2012 to October 2012, <br> 30 patients with traumatic cerebrospinal lfuid leakage were given surgery and conservative treatment, surgical treatment including waist large pool of catheter drainage and the reconstruction of the skull base craniotomy repair of cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Results After conservative treatment, 15 cases recovered, 4 cases improved after catheter drainage, 4 cases recovered after underwent lumbar pool after catheter drainage and line delay fracture of the reconstruction of the skull base craniotomy cerebrospinal fluid leakage repairing postoperative, of 7 cases after the cerebrospinal fluid leakage repair of the skull base craniotomy, 6 cases recovered, 1 case died during intracranial infection. Conclusion Most patients with traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage can use conservative treatment, severe cases need surgery.
