目的：研究老年人烤瓷修复的不同肩台位置的临床疗效。方法选择40例55～65岁的老年患者的78颗患牙，分别进行了龈上和齐龈肩台设计。结果随访6个月～2年，其中，3例前牙及2例后牙牙龈略萎缩，但无红肿，无不适感，基牙的牙体与牙周及修复体均无明显的临床症状。1例患者基牙创伤松动拔除，2例冠松动重新粘固。结论老年人烤瓷修复设计应考虑到远期牙周健康，龈上和齐龈肩台可获得满意效果。
목적：연구노년인고자수복적불동견태위치적림상료효。방법선택40례55～65세적노년환자적78과환아，분별진행료간상화제간견태설계。결과수방6개월～2년，기중，3례전아급2례후아아간략위축，단무홍종，무불괄감，기아적아체여아주급수복체균무명현적림상증상。1례환자기아창상송동발제，2례관송동중신점고。결론노년인고자수복설계응고필도원기아주건강，간상화제간견태가획득만의효과。
Objective Study the clinical curative effect of different shouldered position for PFM restoration in elderly patients. Methods Chose 40 cases of elderly patients with 55 ~ 65 years old, 78 teeth. Conducted on the gum and gum shoulder platform design. Results Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, gum atrophy slightly In 3 cases of anterior teeth, and 2 cases of posterior teeth among them, but no redness and swelling. Without discomfort, no obvious clinical symptoms in patients’ abutment tooth and periodontal and restoration. 1 case of patients with teeth was loose to possess, 2 cases of crown mobility to the cementation. Conclusion For the elderly PFM restoration design, we should take into account the long-term periodontal health. Uper the Gums or lfush shouldered gums can obtain satisifed effect.
