目的：观察抗生素序贯清金化痰汤联合治疗重症肺炎患者的的临床疗效。方法：选取重症肺炎患者64例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，各32例，均给予西医常规抗生素抗感染治疗，治疗组在此基础上待开始肠内营养时，加用中药清金化痰汤鼻饲，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组抗生素疗程、机械通气时间明显短于对照组，中医证候评分下降明显，低于对照组（P<0.01）；在 CPIS 评分、感染控制窗出现时间、痰细菌负荷滴度方面较对照组为优（P<0.05）；而住 ICU 时间及平均住院时间方面无差别（P>0.05）。结论：抗生素序贯清金化痰汤联合治疗重症肺炎能显著改善患者临床症状，缩短抗生素使用疗程，降低患者抗生素暴露时间，减少细菌耐药性的产生。
목적：관찰항생소서관청금화담탕연합치료중증폐염환자적적림상료효。방법：선취중증폐염환자64례，수궤분위치료조、대조조，각32례，균급여서의상규항생소항감염치료，치료조재차기출상대개시장내영양시，가용중약청금화담탕비사，비교량조적료효。결과：치료조항생소료정、궤계통기시간명현단우대조조，중의증후평분하강명현，저우대조조（P<0.01）；재 CPIS 평분、감염공제창출현시간、담세균부하적도방면교대조조위우（P<0.05）；이주 ICU 시간급평균주원시간방면무차별（P>0.05）。결론：항생소서관청금화담탕연합치료중증폐염능현저개선환자림상증상，축단항생소사용료정，강저환자항생소폭로시간，감소세균내약성적산생。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Qingjin Huatan decoction plus antibiotics on severe pneumonia. Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (32 cases) and the control group (32 cases). All were given conventional antibiotics, the treatment group received the Qingjin Huatan decoction more. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results:Courses of antibiotic and duration of mechanical ventilation in the treatment group were obviously shorter, TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group decreased obviously, lower than that in the control (P<0.01);CPIS scores, time of infection control window, titer aspects of bacterial concentrations in the treatment group were better (P<0.05);ICU time and average stay in both showed no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The Qingjin Huatan decoction plus antibiotics could obviously improve clinical symptoms, shorten courses, reduce antibiotic exposure time, decrease bacterial drug resistance.
