目的：探讨锁定钢板配合中药治疗成人 NeerII型、III型骨折临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011年10月-2013年10月采用锁定钢板治疗成人NeerII型、III型骨折21例，NeerII型12例，Neer III型9例，均采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定术进行治疗，部分病例结合人工骨植骨，术后所有患者均配合身痛逐瘀汤口服；肩关节术前术后功能采用 Neer 评分。结果：21例患者均获得随访，随访时间3～24个月（平均12.3个月），患者术后伤口均一期愈合，未发生感染或血管神经损伤。骨折临床愈合时间31～63d，平均49.7d。最后1次随访Neer评分（90.1±3.7）分，其中优18例，良3例，优良率100%。结论：锁定钢板治疗成人NeerII型、III型骨折临床疗效满意。
목적：탐토쇄정강판배합중약치료성인 NeerII형、III형골절림상료효。방법：회고성분석2011년10월-2013년10월채용쇄정강판치료성인NeerII형、III형골절21례，NeerII형12례，Neer III형9례，균채용절개복위쇄정강판내고정술진행치료，부분병례결합인공골식골，술후소유환자균배합신통축어탕구복；견관절술전술후공능채용 Neer 평분。결과：21례환자균획득수방，수방시간3～24개월（평균12.3개월），환자술후상구균일기유합，미발생감염혹혈관신경손상。골절림상유합시간31～63d，평균49.7d。최후1차수방Neer평분（90.1±3.7）분，기중우18례，량3례，우량솔100%。결론：쇄정강판치료성인NeerII형、III형골절림상료효만의。
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of locking Plate plus TCM medicine on adults with NeerII type, III fractures. Methods:21 cases of NeerII type, III fractures were treated by opening reduction and locking plate fixation, a little were combined with artificial bone graft, all patients were given the Shentong Zhuyu decoction after surgery, Neer scores were adopted. Results:21 patients were followed-up, the time was 3~24 months, postoperative wound was healed in I period, all with no infection or neurovascular injury. Fracture healing time was 31~63 days, average of 49.7 days. Neer score was (90.1±3.7) in the last follow-up, 18 cases were better effective, 3 cases were better, the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion:Locking plate has satisfactory effects.
