目的：观察益气养阴化瘀法治疗糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效。方法：将60例早期肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均给予西医的常规基础治疗，糖尿病饮食及运动，调节血糖、血压、血脂，治疗组在对照组的基础加用益气养阴、活血化瘀中药，观察两组患者的临床疗效及尿白蛋白排泄率、血糖、血脂的变化。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、50.0%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗后两组UAER、FBG、TC、TG、HBA1C均显著降低（P<0.01）；治疗后治疗组UAER显著低于对照组（P<0.01），治疗后治疗组FBG、TC、TG、HBA1C较对照组有所降低，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：益气养阴化瘀法治疗糖尿病早期肾病，不仅能够显著降低患者的尿白蛋白排泄率改善肾功能，还可以明显改善糖尿病病人临床症状，降低血糖、血脂水平，值得大家推广。
목적：관찰익기양음화어법치료당뇨병조기신병적림상료효。방법：장60례조기신병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，량조환자균급여서의적상규기출치료，당뇨병음식급운동，조절혈당、혈압、혈지，치료조재대조조적기출가용익기양음、활혈화어중약，관찰량조환자적림상료효급뇨백단백배설솔、혈당、혈지적변화。결과：치료조、대조조총유효솔분별위90.0%、50.0%。량조총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。여치료전비교，치료후량조UAER、FBG、TC、TG、HBA1C균현저강저（P<0.01）；치료후치료조UAER현저저우대조조（P<0.01），치료후치료조FBG、TC、TG、HBA1C교대조조유소강저，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：익기양음화어법치료당뇨병조기신병，불부능구현저강저환자적뇨백단백배설솔개선신공능，환가이명현개선당뇨병병인림상증상，강저혈당、혈지수평，치득대가추엄。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huayu therapy on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were given routine western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu TCM medicine. Clinical effects and changes of urinary albumin excretion rate, blood glucose, blood lipids were observed. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group (90.0%) was significantly better than that (50.0%) in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, levels of UAER, FBG, TC, TG, HBA1C were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), level of UAER in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control (P<0.01), level of FBG, TC, TG, HBA1C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control (P>0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Huayu therapy not only can significantly improve renal function, but also improve level of blood glucose, blood lipids and clinical symptoms, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
