痛风病可归属中医学“痹症”范畴，《金匮要略》则称之为“历节病”。现代医学已明确，痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱所致的疾病。以血清尿酸增高，四肢小关节红肿热痛反复发作，关节畸形，痛风石逐渐形成为主要特征。病程可分为急性期及慢性期阶段。近30年来。痛风病在我国发病常见，患病率随年龄与血清尿酸的增加而渐增。起病年龄在30～60岁，有家族史，以中年男性为主。
통풍병가귀속중의학“비증”범주，《금궤요략》칙칭지위“력절병”。현대의학이명학，통풍시표령대사문란소치적질병。이혈청뇨산증고，사지소관절홍종열통반복발작，관절기형，통풍석축점형성위주요특정。병정가분위급성기급만성기계단。근30년래。통풍병재아국발병상견，환병솔수년령여혈청뇨산적증가이점증。기병년령재30～60세，유가족사，이중년남성위주。
Arthrolithiasis belonged to arthromyodynia category, it was called Lijie disease in Jinkui Yaolue, and was caused by purine metabolic disturbance. The main characteristics included the increase of serum uric acid, recurrent painful swelling of the small joints, joint deformity and the formation of chalkstone. Duration included acute and chronic stages. In recent 30 years, arthrolithiasis was common in our country. The increase of case rate followed the increase of age and SUA. The main patients were middle-aged male, 30-60 years old, with family history.
