Comprehensive nursing interventions%invasive hydatidiform mole%chemotherapy and perceived self -efficacy
目的：探讨综合护理干预对侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗患者自我效能感的影响。方法将纳入本科62例住院的侵蚀性葡萄胎患者，随机分为对照组与干预组，各31例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予相对的干预措施，观察3个疗程，进行问卷调查，比较护理效果。结果干预组患者自我效能感总体得分明显高于对照组患者（P ＜0．05），差异有显著性。结论通过综合护理干预能显著提高侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的自我效能感，使患者更好的配合化疗治疗，有效应对化疗毒副作用，提高化疗期间患者的生活质量。
目的：探討綜閤護理榦預對侵蝕性葡萄胎化療患者自我效能感的影響。方法將納入本科62例住院的侵蝕性葡萄胎患者，隨機分為對照組與榦預組，各31例。對照組給予常規護理，榦預組在常規護理的基礎上給予相對的榦預措施，觀察3箇療程，進行問捲調查，比較護理效果。結果榦預組患者自我效能感總體得分明顯高于對照組患者（P ＜0．05），差異有顯著性。結論通過綜閤護理榦預能顯著提高侵蝕性葡萄胎患者的自我效能感，使患者更好的配閤化療治療，有效應對化療毒副作用，提高化療期間患者的生活質量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대침식성포도태화료환자자아효능감적영향。방법장납입본과62례주원적침식성포도태환자，수궤분위대조조여간예조，각31례。대조조급여상규호리，간예조재상규호리적기출상급여상대적간예조시，관찰3개료정，진행문권조사，비교호리효과。결과간예조환자자아효능감총체득분명현고우대조조환자（P ＜0．05），차이유현저성。결론통과종합호리간예능현저제고침식성포도태환자적자아효능감，사환자경호적배합화료치료，유효응대화료독부작용，제고화료기간환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on the perceived Self -efficacy of invasive hydatidiform mole patients.Methods 62 invasive hydatidiform mole patients were divided into two groups,the intervention group (31 )and the control group (31 ).The control group were only given conventional care,while the intervention group were given extra corresponding interventions as well as the conventional care.After 3 treatment courses,a questionnaire survey was carried out in the two groups.Results The perceived self-efficacy of the intervention group is obviously higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the perceived self -efficacy and compliance of the patients,help to deal with the chemotherapy’s side effect and improve their quality of life during the chemotherapy.
