心肺复苏（Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, CPR）是一项重要的临床急救技术，是临床医生基本技能培训中的重要环节。但在我国目前CPR技术不仅没有在普通民众中普及，即使在专业的医务人员中，能够规范化实施操作的人员也不多。作者有幸在新加坡进修期间参加了该国卫生部门组织的急救培训课程，感觉与国内的相关培训相比，其规范程度、培训人员的专业化程度、责任意识以及考核的严格都值得借鉴，在此作一介绍，以供参考。

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an important clinical first aid technique and also an important part of basic skills training for clinical doctors. But currently in our country CPR technique is unpopular among ordinary people. Even among the professional medical staff, few able to standard implement CPR operating. Authors have the honor to study in Singapore and took part in the ifrst aid training courses organized by the country's Health Department during the period, and feel that compared to the domestic training, its standardization, specialization degree, responsibility consciousness, and the strictly assessment of training personnel are worth our using for reference. This paper will introduce the experience as follow.
