目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对BPH患者阴茎勃起功能的影响。方法调查随访88例行TURP术患者，采用夜间阴茎勃起功能试验（NPT）测定阴茎勃起强度，比较术前术后阴茎勃起功能变化情况。结果术后勃起功能障碍的出现与术中前列腺切除重量及术中是否发生TURS无显著关系（P＞0.05）；年龄超过70岁、术前存在部分勃起功能及术中前列腺包膜穿孔与术后勃起功能障碍发生有明显关系（P＜0.05）。结论年龄、术前性功能状态、术中是否有前列腺包膜穿孔这三个因素对术后勃起功能有明显影响。
목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술대BPH환자음경발기공능적영향。방법조사수방88례행TURP술환자，채용야간음경발기공능시험（NPT）측정음경발기강도，비교술전술후음경발기공능변화정황。결과술후발기공능장애적출현여술중전렬선절제중량급술중시부발생TURS무현저관계（P＞0.05）；년령초과70세、술전존재부분발기공능급술중전렬선포막천공여술후발기공능장애발생유명현관계（P＜0.05）。결론년령、술전성공능상태、술중시부유전렬선포막천공저삼개인소대술후발기공능유명현영향。
Objective To explore the effect of urethra prostate electricity cut method on penile erectile function in patients with BPH. Methods During follow-up survey, chose 88 patients who underwent TURP surgery with nocturnal penile erectile function test (NPT), determined penile erectile strength, compared penile erectile function changes between preoperative and postoperative periods. Results The occurrence of postoperative erectile dysfunction and intraoperative resection of the prostate weight and intraoperative TURS had no signiifcant relationship (P>0.05). Older than 70 years, and preoperative presence of erectile function and intraoperative <br> prostatic capsule perforation had obvious relationship with postoperative erectile dysfunction (P<0.05). Conclusion Age, preoperative sexual function, whether intraoperative prostatic capsule perforation have obvious inlfuence on the postoperative erectile function.
