目的：调查分析骨科护士腰背痛的原因，探讨相应的对策。方法采用一般情况调查问卷和数字痛疼量表对江门市2所三甲医院的115名骨科护士进行问卷调查。结果骨科护士腰背痛发生率为75．6％，职业相关因素、不良的工作姿势、缺乏相关培训、精神因素是腰背痛发生的主要因素。结论骨科护士是患腰背痛的高危人群，应针对骨科护士腰背痛的原因，采取相应的预防措施和改进对策，以降低骨科护士腰背痛的发病率提高护理人员的心身健康水平。

목적：조사분석골과호사요배통적원인，탐토상응적대책。방법채용일반정황조사문권화수자통동량표대강문시2소삼갑의원적115명골과호사진행문권조사。결과골과호사요배통발생솔위75．6％，직업상관인소、불량적공작자세、결핍상관배훈、정신인소시요배통발생적주요인소。결론골과호사시환요배통적고위인군，응침대골과호사요배통적원인，채취상응적예방조시화개진대책，이강저골과호사요배통적발병솔제고호리인원적심신건강수평。
Objective To investigate and analysis the causes of low back pain of nurses in the department of orthopedic,and discuss the measures.Methods:1 1 5 nurses of two hospitals in Jiangmen were surveyed by the general condition questionnaire and the numeric pain rating scale.Results:The rate of low back pain among nurses in the department of orthopedic was 75.6%.The main factors was occupation -related factors,bad working postures,the lack of education,and mental factors.Conclusion:The nurses in the department of orthopedic was a high risk group of low back pain.It is essential to take corresponding prevention measures and countermeasures of improvement to reduce the rate of low back pain according to the reasons,then to improve the physiological and psychological health of nurses.
