教学查房是医学基本理论与临床工作相结合的桥梁。传统的教学查房存在随意性、灌输性的弊端,近年来我们针对不同学员因人、因材施教,对本科生采用临床路径为主的教学法,对研究生采用循证医学为主的教学法,对留学生采用Seminar为主的教学法,对进修生采用PBL为主的教学法。通过综合运用多种教学方法,实行个性化互动式教学模式,有效提高教学查房效果以及教学质量。
教學查房是醫學基本理論與臨床工作相結閤的橋樑。傳統的教學查房存在隨意性、灌輸性的弊耑,近年來我們針對不同學員因人、因材施教,對本科生採用臨床路徑為主的教學法,對研究生採用循證醫學為主的教學法,對留學生採用Seminar為主的教學法,對進脩生採用PBL為主的教學法。通過綜閤運用多種教學方法,實行箇性化互動式教學模式,有效提高教學查房效果以及教學質量。
교학사방시의학기본이론여림상공작상결합적교량。전통적교학사방존재수의성、관수성적폐단,근년래아문침대불동학원인인、인재시교,대본과생채용림상로경위주적교학법,대연구생채용순증의학위주적교학법,대류학생채용Seminar위주적교학법,대진수생채용PBL위주적교학법。통과종합운용다충교학방법,실행개성화호동식교학모식,유효제고교학사방효과이급교학질량。
Teaching round is a bridge combining basic theory of medicine and clinical work. The traditional teaching round has the disadvantages of arbitrary and instilling. In recent years, we teached students individually, using clinical pathway teaching method for undergraduates, evidence-based medicine teaching method for postgraduates, seminar teaching method for foreign students and problem-based learning teaching method for Refresher doctors. Through the integrated use of various teaching methods and personalized interactive teaching model, we improved the teaching round effect and teaching quality.
