目的:探讨TBL在研究生腹腔镜临床教学中的应用经验。方法通过在南方医科大学第二临床医学院外科研究生腹腔镜临床教学中试行“以团队为基础的学习”模式(Team-based learning,TBL),并与传统的以授课为基础的教学模式(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)进行对比。结果TBL组在腔镜理论知识的掌握、腹腔镜扶镜操作要点的掌握和学习主动性等方面均优于对照组。结论TBL可明显提升学生的学习积极性和团队协作精神,培养其独立的临床思维和操作能力,从而提高教学质量。

목적:탐토TBL재연구생복강경림상교학중적응용경험。방법통과재남방의과대학제이림상의학원외과연구생복강경림상교학중시행“이단대위기출적학습”모식(Team-based learning,TBL),병여전통적이수과위기출적교학모식(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)진행대비。결과TBL조재강경이론지식적장악、복강경부경조작요점적장악화학습주동성등방면균우우대조조。결론TBL가명현제승학생적학습적겁성화단대협작정신,배양기독립적림상사유화조작능력,종이제고교학질량。
Objective To discuss the application experience of TBL in clinical laparoscopic teaching of graduate students. Methods Used pilot TBL (based on Team learning) during Laparoscopic clinical teaching of graduate student in southern medical university second clinical medical college, and to compare TBL with LBL (Lecture-based Learning) mode. Results TBL group was better than the control group in mastering the laparoscopic theoretical knowledge and the technique of the operation of laparoscope, even in learning motivation. Conclusion TBL can obviously intensify the students' learning enthusiasm and teamwork spirit, while cultivate their independent ability of clinical thinking and operating, so that to improve the teaching quality.
