目的:使用PBL结合LBL的教学方法对眼科专业学位的研究生进行临床前培训强化,并探讨分析PBL结合LBL的教学方法在眼科专业学位研究生教学中的运用。方法选择我院眼科专业学位研究生28人作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组14人,对照组使用LBL教学方法进行临床前培训强化,观察组使用PBL结合LBL的教学方法。17周后,对28位研究生进行专业知识、临床操作以及问卷考核,对考核结果进行比较分析。结果PBL结合LBL教学方法和传统的LBL方法相比,学生在眼科专业知识掌握方面并无显著差异,但是在临床基础操作和实际问题的处理方面,则具有显著优势。结论PBL结合LBL方法适合在对眼科专业学位研究生进行临床前强化时使用。

Objective To study the use of the combination of LBL and PBL teaching method in ophthalmology professional degree students for pre clinical training. Methods Chose 28 graduate students with ophthalmology professional degree in our college as the research object, which were divided into the control group and the observation group both of 14,for pre clinical training and strengthening of the LBL teaching method combined with the PBL were used in the observation group, the LBL teaching method was used in the control group. <br> professional knowledge and clinical operation to analyze and summarize the results of assessment. Results Compared with PBL combined with LBL teaching method and the traditional LBL method, students’professional knowledge did not differ between treatment, but in the aspect of clinical basic operation and practical problem, it had obvious advantages. Conclusion PBL combined with LBL method is effect for ophthalmology clinical pre reinforcement.
