目的：研究分析躯体疾病引起精神障碍患者的临床诊断，为临床诊断提供参考。方法根据我院接收的100例因躯体疾病而引起的精神障碍患者进行研究分析，对他们接收诊断和治疗的资料进行探讨。结果躯体疾病引起的精神障碍临床中比较复杂，患者因心肺脏器受损导致意识障碍的相关报道比较少，以不典型情绪障碍比较多。结论临床中患者的精神症状如果缺乏典型性，应该要对患者的病史、检查、诊断、躯体疾病等进行综合性的考虑，提升早期诊断准确率，为患者提供及时有效的诊断和治疗，避免患者出现情绪障碍。
目的：研究分析軀體疾病引起精神障礙患者的臨床診斷，為臨床診斷提供參攷。方法根據我院接收的100例因軀體疾病而引起的精神障礙患者進行研究分析，對他們接收診斷和治療的資料進行探討。結果軀體疾病引起的精神障礙臨床中比較複雜，患者因心肺髒器受損導緻意識障礙的相關報道比較少，以不典型情緒障礙比較多。結論臨床中患者的精神癥狀如果缺乏典型性，應該要對患者的病史、檢查、診斷、軀體疾病等進行綜閤性的攷慮，提升早期診斷準確率，為患者提供及時有效的診斷和治療，避免患者齣現情緒障礙。
목적：연구분석구체질병인기정신장애환자적림상진단，위림상진단제공삼고。방법근거아원접수적100례인구체질병이인기적정신장애환자진행연구분석，대타문접수진단화치료적자료진행탐토。결과구체질병인기적정신장애림상중비교복잡，환자인심폐장기수손도치의식장애적상관보도비교소，이불전형정서장애비교다。결론림상중환자적정신증상여과결핍전형성，응해요대환자적병사、검사、진단、구체질병등진행종합성적고필，제승조기진단준학솔，위환자제공급시유효적진단화치료，피면환자출현정서장애。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of mental disorders caused by somatic diseases, and provide reference for clinic. Methods 100 cases of patients with mental disorder caused by somatic diseases in our hospital were included in this study. We discussed the diagnosis and treatment of the patients. Results It was complexity for the clinical mental disorders caused by somatic diseases. And the reports on the disturbance of consciousness caused by the heart and lung damage is few. Most of the emotional disorder was not typical. Conclusion For the non-typical mental disorders patients, we should comprehensively considered the history, examination, diagnosis and body diseases to improve the accuracy rate of early diagnostic, and to provide timely and effective diagnosis and treatment for patients, and to avoid the emotional disorders of the patients.
