目的：评估剖宫产术中同时剔除子宫肌瘤的可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年2月～2015年1月在我院行剖宫产术妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者88例，术中同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术，将其作为实验组，并选择同期88例单纯行剖宫产术产妇作为对照组。结果实验组患者中单发肌瘤55例（62.5%），多发肌瘤33例（37.5%）。两组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后住院时间、术后恶露干净时间、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论剖宫产术中同时剔除子宫肌瘤是安全可行的，但是在术前需要充分评估，并备卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液和备血，进行有效的止血和缝合。
목적：평고부궁산술중동시척제자궁기류적가행성화안전성。방법회고성분석2014년2월～2015년1월재아원행부궁산술임신합병자궁기류환자88례，술중동시행자궁기류척제술，장기작위실험조，병선택동기88례단순행부궁산술산부작위대조조。결과실험조환자중단발기류55례（62.5%），다발기류33례（37.5%）。량조환자술중출혈량、술후배기시간、술후주원시간、술후악로간정시간、술후병발증발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론부궁산술중동시척제자궁기류시안전가행적，단시재술전수요충분평고，병비잡전렬소안정삼순주사액화비혈，진행유효적지혈화봉합。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of eliminating the uterine ifbroids in cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted. 88 cases of pregnancy with uterine flesh tumour in February 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected. They got cesarean section and uterine ifbroids eliminating operation at the same time. They were the experimental group. And 88 cases with simple cesarean section in the same period were selected as the control group. Results In the experimental group: 55 cases with single fibroids (62.5%), 33 cases with multiple myoma (37.5%). The difference between the two groups of intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative lochia clean time and incidence of postoperative complications had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Eliminating uterine in cesarean section is safe and feasible. While the doctor should evaluate the patient fully, and prepare card other tromethamine injection and blood, with effective hemostasis and stitching.
