Lobectomy of thyroid gland%Subtotal thyroidectomy
目的：分析甲状腺腺叶切除术和甲状腺次全切除术治疗效果的差异性。方法随机选取我院治疗的208例甲状腺疾病患者作为研究对象，其中对照组（甲状腺次全切除术）和观察组（甲状腺腺叶切除术）各104例患者，对比分析两组的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后不良反应情况。结果观察组手术时间（92.6±18.5）min，术中出血量（50.3±15.4）ml，并发症发生率8.65%，与对照组比较，P＜0.05，存在显著性差异。结论与甲状腺次全切除术相比，甲状腺腺叶切除术的手术安全性更高。

목적：분석갑상선선협절제술화갑상선차전절제술치료효과적차이성。방법수궤선취아원치료적208례갑상선질병환자작위연구대상，기중대조조（갑상선차전절제술）화관찰조（갑상선선협절제술）각104례환자，대비분석량조적수술시간、술중출혈량이급술후불량반응정황。결과관찰조수술시간（92.6±18.5）min，술중출혈량（50.3±15.4）ml，병발증발생솔8.65%，여대조조비교，P＜0.05，존재현저성차이。결론여갑상선차전절제술상비，갑상선선협절제술적수술안전성경고。
Objective To analyze the difference of clinical effect of thyroid lobectomy and subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid diseases. Methods 208 cases with thyroid disease were treated in Benxi Central Hospital, they were divided randomly into control group (thyroidectomy, 104 cases) and observation group (lobectomy of thyroid gland, 104 cases), duration of operation, volume of bleeding during operation, and postoperative adverse reaction were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, duration of operation was (92.6+18.5)min, amount of bleeding during the operation was (50.3+15.4)ml, the complication rate was 8.65%, compared with the control group, P<0.05, there was signiifcant difference. Conclusion Compared with subtotal thyroidectomy, lobectomy of thyroid gland is higher operation safety, it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
