目的：对急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者使用小切口白内障摘除手术的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法2013～2014年我院共有92例急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者，将其分组为对照组和研究组两组，均为46例患者，对照组患者接受青光眼治疗，研究组患者接受小切口白内障摘除治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行探讨分析。结果对两组患者治疗后，比较其治疗效果，研究组患者的视力恢复程度要好一些，两组患者的眼压比较也是研究组降低幅度更大一些。结论临床中急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采取小切口白内障摘除治疗的效果非常好，对患者的视力恢复和眼压降低都具有较大的帮助。
목적：대급성폐각형청광안합병백내장환자사용소절구백내장적제수술적림상효과진행탐토분석。방법2013～2014년아원공유92례급성폐각형청광안합병백내장환자，장기분조위대조조화연구조량조，균위46례환자，대조조환자접수청광안치료，연구조환자접수소절구백내장적제치료，대량조환자적림상치료효과진행탐토분석。결과대량조환자치료후，비교기치료효과，연구조환자적시력회복정도요호일사，량조환자적안압비교야시연구조강저폭도경대일사。결론림상중급성폐각형청광안합병백내장환자채취소절구백내장적제치료적효과비상호，대환자적시력회복화안압강저도구유교대적방조。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract using small incision cataract extraction operation. Methods 92 cases of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 a total were divided into control group and study group, both had 46 patients, the control group received the treatment of glaucoma, the research group received treatment of small incision cataract extraction, investigated the clinical treatment effect of the two groups patients. Results After treatment in two groups, the study group patients visual acuity recovery degree was better, the intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups, the reduced of amplitude in study group was larger. Conclusion For acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract using small incision cataract extraction, the curative effect is very good, it has great help to the visual recovery of patients and decrease of intraocular pressure.
