    为了解安徽省规模化种猪场猪伪狂犬病病毒（PRV）野毒感染情况，采集99个不同规模种猪场血清样品3344份，用ELISA方法开展 PRV抗体血清学调查。结果表明，99个猪场中，66个种猪场 PRV gE抗体阳性，阳性率66．67％；检测种猪血清 3344份，PRV gE抗体阳性率为18．96％。12个市的种猪场均有PRV感染的情况，其中滁州市 PRV抗体阳性率最高；种猪群规模在200头以下的猪场，猪群 PRV抗体阳性率较高，4胎以上的经产的母猪，免疫接种2次的母猪感染率较高，且差异极显著（P＜0．01）。说明安徽省不同规模种猪场PRV感染相当普遍，疫苗免疫接种并未从根本上消除PRV的隐性感染。

    A serological investigation was carried out to get a better understanding of the infection status of pseudorabies(PR)field virus in scaled breeding pig farms in Anhui province.9 9 different scale breeding farms were selected randomly in this study,3344 samples were collected and tested using gE-ELISA kits for antibodies to PRV gE protein.The results were as follows:the PRV prevalence of PRV was 6 6 .6 7%(66/99)at farm level,the individual prevalence was 18.96%(634/3 344).75% (12/16)prefectures were PRV gE antibody positive,and Chuzhou city got the highest positive rate.The farms with breeding sows below 200 or above 4 parities or immunized with PR vaccine 2 times,got higher PRV gE antibody positive rates(P<0.01 ).The results showed that the PRV infection was widely prevalent in different scaled breeding pig farms in Anhui province,and the vaccine did not keep away the field PRV infection in breeding pig farms.
