Epimediumbrevicornum polysaccharides%orthogonal test%extraction technology
为了优选淫羊藿多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,通过单因素试验和正交试验,以料水比、提取时间、提取温度和提取次数为考察目标,以多糖提取率为评价指标,优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明,淫羊藿多糖最佳提取工艺为料水比为1∶25,提取时间2 h,提取次数为3次,提取温度为90℃。多糖醇沉浓度为700 mL/L。该工艺为淫羊藿多糖的提取奠定了基础,并为进一步的工业化生产提供了科学依据。

To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Epimedium brevicornum,single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to investigate the effects of solid liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times on the yielsd of the polysaccharides.The result showed that the optimal extraction parameters were established as follows:the ratio of material to water 1∶25,extraction 3 times for 2.0 h per time at 90℃in hot water.The optimum alcohol precipitation concentrations was 700 mL/L ethanol solution.This study provides the basis for further research on the extraction of polysaccharides in Epimediumbrevicornum.
