传统的抗浮锚杆设计方法存在一定的材料浪费和安全隐患。通过有限元软件,对实际工程进行数值模拟计算,分析结构、锚杆的变形及受力机理,对抗浮锚杆的布置进行优化。通过分析发现:主楼和地下室竖向沉降相差1个数量级,验证了受地下水浮力作用的地下结构其破坏的主要原因是不均匀沉降引起的节点破坏;筏板翘曲、不均匀沉降和主体结构周围地基土隆起的共同作用,引起了抗浮锚杆在主体结构周围由近到远,其轴力在较短的距离内就会由压力转变为拉力,且数值较大的现象;提出了新的抗浮锚杆设计思路,在节约成本的同时消除了安全隐患,为相关工程的研究积累了经验和数据资料。

There were some material waste and safe hidden troubles in the traditional design method of anti-floating anchor rod. Based on practical engineering,analyzed deformation and loading mechanisms of structure and anchor through the finite element software then optimized the arrangement of anti-floating anchor. Through analysis,it was found that the vertical settlement of the main building was bigger than the basement,it verified that when underground structures under the groundwater buoyancy effect,the main reason of destruction was node damage caused by uneven settlement. Then combined actions of raft warping,uneven settlement and foundation soil uplift around main structure caused axial force of anti-floating anchor transforming from pressure to pull. As more and more distant from the distance of main structure and the numerical value is large. The study suggested a new anti-floating anchor rod design thinking,both saving costs and eliminating the safety hidden trouble, accumulated experience and data for research of related project.
