预制建筑技术作为未来建筑技术发展趋势之一,它的技术水平也是衡量一个国家或地区建筑业发展水平的重要标志。使用预制建筑具有诸多优点:施工速度快、工程质量高、可持发展等。但在其应用过程中,存在着诸多制约因素。当前,信息技术的发展和应用,加快推进了建筑业生产方式和发展模式的深刻变革。尤其是近年来BIM技术的应用推广,为工程项目各方带来的前景不可估量,本文就BIM技术在预制建筑的应用展开探讨,为预制建筑在设计、建造、运营维护中遇到的诸多问题提供解决的思路。

As one of the future development trends of the building technology, precast concrete building’s technical level represents the AEC industry development level of the country or region. Precast concrete building has many advantages: accelerating construction speed, enhancing construction quality and improving sustainable development. However, there are some constraints in the application process of prefabricated building. Currently, the development and application of information technology is accelerating the construction industrial’s transform in production and development model, especially the popularizing of BIM technology in recent years, which brought immeasurable benefits for the project parties. In this paper, a combined application between BIM technology and prefabricated buildings are discussed and a method to solve the design, construction, operation and maintenance problem in prefabricated building we encountered are provided.
