缝翼尾缘受气动力作用,尾缘与固定前缘蒙皮缝道间隙过大,影响气动性能。文章创新设计预弯曲尾缘,装配时产生向下回复力,抵消部分气动力,减小缝道间隙。依据缝翼翼面刚度、气动载荷,采用有限元计算尾缘预弯后的回复力、缝道间隙,考虑缝翼收放时的摩擦阻力和安装装配工艺,设计预弯曲变形的缝翼尾缘。
縫翼尾緣受氣動力作用,尾緣與固定前緣矇皮縫道間隙過大,影響氣動性能。文章創新設計預彎麯尾緣,裝配時產生嚮下迴複力,牴消部分氣動力,減小縫道間隙。依據縫翼翼麵剛度、氣動載荷,採用有限元計算尾緣預彎後的迴複力、縫道間隙,攷慮縫翼收放時的摩抆阻力和安裝裝配工藝,設計預彎麯變形的縫翼尾緣。

Under the aerodynamic pressure of slats, the length of gap between slat trailing edge and cover skin of leading edge are too much, which would affect aerodynamic performance. An innovational approach is the pre-bending shaped design for trailing edge, which could produce the downward restoring force in assembly to resist partial aerodynamic pressure, in order to reduce the length of gap. The pre-bending shaped measure could be designed on basic of the stiffness and aerodynamic pressure condition of slats and restoring force and updated gap length of new configuration calculated by FEM, considering the friction force of forced assembly structure and the assembly manufacturing.
