《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）》作为纲领性文件，提出了建设创新型国家的战略目标，对科技发展做出前瞻性、战略性和全局性部署，对江苏建设创新型省份，提高自主创新能力，转变经济发展方式，又好又快地推进两个“率先”，具有战略指导性、宏观引领性、操作指引性和开拓创新性。文章总结了纲要实施以来江苏科技发展所取得的成效和经验。
《國傢中長期科學和技術髮展規劃綱要（2006-2020年）》作為綱領性文件，提齣瞭建設創新型國傢的戰略目標，對科技髮展做齣前瞻性、戰略性和全跼性部署，對江囌建設創新型省份，提高自主創新能力，轉變經濟髮展方式，又好又快地推進兩箇“率先”，具有戰略指導性、宏觀引領性、操作指引性和開拓創新性。文章總結瞭綱要實施以來江囌科技髮展所取得的成效和經驗。
《국가중장기과학화기술발전규화강요（2006-2020년）》작위강령성문건，제출료건설창신형국가적전략목표，대과기발전주출전첨성、전략성화전국성부서，대강소건설창신형성빈，제고자주창신능력，전변경제발전방식，우호우쾌지추진량개“솔선”，구유전략지도성、굉관인령성、조작지인성화개탁창신성。문장총결료강요실시이래강소과기발전소취득적성효화경험。
National medium and long-term science and technology development plan(NSTDP), as a programmatic document, put forward the strategic goal of building an innovation oriented country, and made a forward-looking, strategic and overall deployment on the development of science and technology. Under the guidance of NSTDP, Jiangsu province deployed a series of actions, including building an innovation oriented Province, enhancing the capability of independent innovation, changing the mode of economic development, and so on. This paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of Jiangsu science and technology development since the implementation of NSTDP.
