以信息的观点和有限理性的视角,基于博弈论分析各主体间的互动过程,探析产学研协同创新的“互动”机制,并引出“互动强度”来反映产学研各主体之间的互动程度。在了解影响产学研协同创新绩效的互动因素的基础上编制一个测量产学研互动过程的量表并进行实证分析,结果表明产学研协同创新的互动过程中,双方交互越频繁,就越可能有效地转移知识和技术,对创新绩效的正向影响也就越大。
以信息的觀點和有限理性的視角,基于博弈論分析各主體間的互動過程,探析產學研協同創新的“互動”機製,併引齣“互動彊度”來反映產學研各主體之間的互動程度。在瞭解影響產學研協同創新績效的互動因素的基礎上編製一箇測量產學研互動過程的量錶併進行實證分析,結果錶明產學研協同創新的互動過程中,雙方交互越頻繁,就越可能有效地轉移知識和技術,對創新績效的正嚮影響也就越大。

The collaborative innovative process between firms and universities is a continuous process of“learning”. In this process there is asymmetric information and limited rationality. Actually it is a non-cooperative game. Based on the information view and bounded rational perspective,we use Game Theory to analyze the interactive process between each subject and the “interactive learning”mechanism. The strength of interaction referring to the closeness of the link between research institutes and enterprises reflects the degree of interaction between each subject. Based on understanding the influ-encing interactive factors of university industry collaborative innovation,we develop a scale of the collaborative innovative process and make empirical analysis. Consequently ,the more frequent communication is,the higher the strength of inter-action is,which is better for the transformation of knowledge and technology,and the greater the positive impact on innova-tion performance will be.
