随着我国生物质发电产业化的发展,秸秆、蔗渣、稻壳等原材料已不能满足我国生物质发电的需求。林业剩余物作为生物质资源的重要组成部分,为了提高其利用率,设计了大型自动装卸移动式林业剩余物削片机,通过对该机切削系统工作原理的分析,计算出其切削力和切削功率。
隨著我國生物質髮電產業化的髮展,秸稈、蔗渣、稻殼等原材料已不能滿足我國生物質髮電的需求。林業剩餘物作為生物質資源的重要組成部分,為瞭提高其利用率,設計瞭大型自動裝卸移動式林業剩餘物削片機,通過對該機切削繫統工作原理的分析,計算齣其切削力和切削功率。

With the industrialized development of biomass power generation, such raw materials as straw, bagasse and rice hulls can’t meet the demand for biomass power generation. In order to improve the utilization rate of forestry residue, an im portant part of biomass resources, large self-loading and unloading forestry residue chippers are designed. Through the anal ysis of the working principle of the cutting system of such machines, the cutting force and cutting power are calculated.
