目的:探讨TBL教学法在心血管活动调节及心力衰竭综合设计性实验中的应用。方法将本校2010级中西医临床本科2班124名学生随机分为观察组和对照组,对照班采用传统教学法;观察组用TBL教学模式,把心血管活动的生理调节及实验性心力衰竭设计成综合性实验。实验结束后,经小组自评,组间互评,对2组实验的预习报告和实验报告进行评分比较。结果观察组实验总成绩显著高于对照组(91.42±2.41vs 71.05±1.54,P<0.01)。结论在心血管活动的调节及心力衰竭综合设计性实验中应用TBL教学法,能提高学生对实验的综合设计和动手操作能力,教学效果优于传统教学法。

목적:탐토TBL교학법재심혈관활동조절급심력쇠갈종합설계성실험중적응용。방법장본교2010급중서의림상본과2반124명학생수궤분위관찰조화대조조,대조반채용전통교학법;관찰조용TBL교학모식,파심혈관활동적생리조절급실험성심력쇠갈설계성종합성실험。실험결속후,경소조자평,조간호평,대2조실험적예습보고화실험보고진행평분비교。결과관찰조실험총성적현저고우대조조(91.42±2.41vs 71.05±1.54,P<0.01)。결론재심혈관활동적조절급심력쇠갈종합설계성실험중응용TBL교학법,능제고학생대실험적종합설계화동수조작능력,교학효과우우전통교학법。
Objective:To study feasibility of TBL teaching method in the comprehensive engineering experimental teaching of angiocarpy regulation and heart failure.Methods:The undergraduate students in 2010 class professional of chinese and western medicine clinical was randomly divided into observation group and control group.the traditional teaching method was used to control group,TBL teaching mode was used to observation group.Result:The scores of experimental were higher significantly in the observation group than those in the control group(91.42±2.41 vs 71.05±1.54,P<0.01).Conclusion:TBL teaching method may be feasibility in the comprehensive engineering experimental of angiocarpy regulation and heart failure teaching ,the enthusiasm and comprehensive engineering experimental ability of undergraduate students’was improved by TBL teaching, the teaching effect of TBL teaching method is better than traditional teaching.
