目的::探讨化学发光免疫法检测女性血清性腺激素的临床意义。方法:选取某院于2013年6月~2014年6月收治的64例不孕症患者作为观察组,并选取同期体检的健康育龄妇女64例作为对照组,两组均应用化学发光免疫法检测其血清性腺激素水平,包括促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)及睾酮(T)项。结果:观察组不孕症患者的性腺激素项指标的检测结果与对照组的健康者对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不孕症患者在不同月经周期中,血清性腺激素项指标呈周期性变化。结论:采用化学发光免疫法检测女性血清性腺激素,结果准确,可为女性生殖内分泌疾病临床诊断提供可靠依据,值得临床大力推广应用。

목적::탐토화학발광면역법검측녀성혈청성선격소적림상의의。방법:선취모원우2013년6월~2014년6월수치적64례불잉증환자작위관찰조,병선취동기체검적건강육령부녀64례작위대조조,량조균응용화학발광면역법검측기혈청성선격소수평,포괄촉란포격소(FSH)、촉황체생성소(LH)、최유소(PRL)、자이순(E2)、잉동(P)급고동(T)항。결과:관찰조불잉증환자적성선격소항지표적검측결과여대조조적건강자대비,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);불잉증환자재불동월경주기중,혈청성선격소항지표정주기성변화。결론:채용화학발광면역법검측녀성혈청성선격소,결과준학,가위녀성생식내분비질병림상진단제공가고의거,치득림상대력추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of the detection of gonadal hormone in female ser-um with CLTA.Methods:64 cases of patients with infertility who were received in our hospital during the period from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group while another 64 cases of healthy women who were in childbearing age and had a physical examination in our hospital concurrently were extrac-ted as the control group.ClTA were applied in both group to detect gonadal hormone level of serum ,inclu-ding follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteotropic hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),Estradiol(E2),proges-tone(P)and testosterone(T).Results:To compare with the healthy women in control group,the tested result of six indices of the patients with infertility in observation group is statistically significant (P<0.05);the six indices of serum gonadal hormone of patients with infertility change periodically in different menstrual cy-cles.Conclusion:The result would be much more accurate when detecting gonadal hormone in female serum with CLTA,it would be a reliable base for the clinical diagnosis of female reproductive endocrinology related diseases and it is worthy of vigorous clinical application.
