目的::比较不同手术器械在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析236例乳腺癌改良根治术患者的临床资料,其中研究组135例,对照组101例,比较两组手术时间、出血量、引流量、引流管留置的时间、淋巴结数目以及并发症等。结果:研究组与对照组相比,出血量、淋巴结数目的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的手术时间及引流管留置时间明显较对照组短,研究组的引流液总量较对照组少,研究组中并发皮瓣坏死和皮下积液较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用手术刀分离皮瓣以及应用超声刀清扫腋窝淋巴结,能提高手术效率,减少术后并发症。

목적::비교불동수술기계재유선암개량근치술중적응용효과。방법:회고성분석236례유선암개량근치술환자적림상자료,기중연구조135례,대조조101례,비교량조수술시간、출혈량、인류량、인류관류치적시간、림파결수목이급병발증등。결과:연구조여대조조상비,출혈량、림파결수목적차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);연구조적수술시간급인류관류치시간명현교대조조단,연구조적인류액총량교대조조소,연구조중병발피판배사화피하적액교대조조소,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재유선암개량근치술중응용수술도분리피판이급응용초성도청소액와림파결,능제고수술효솔,감소술후병발증。
Objective:Study on application effect of different surgical instruments in the modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 236 cases of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients.the study group has 135 cases,while the control group has 101 cases.0perating time,blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,indwelling time of drainage tube,lymph node and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no obvious difference in blood loss and lymph node between the two groups.The 0perating time,postoperative drainage volume,indwelling time of drainage tube and postoperative complications in the study group was dramatical-ly decreased as compared with the control group.Conclusion:Use operation knife to separate flap and use harmonic scalpel to dissect axillary lymph node in the modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,can im-prove the operation efficiency,reduce the postoperative complications.
