目的：：探讨肝脏血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的临床病理表现及鉴别诊断。方法：回顾其科室诊断的1例肝脏Pecoma的 HE染色表现及免疫组化表达，并复习相关文献。结果：血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤(Pecoma)来源于间叶，组织学表现为肿瘤细胞以上皮样细胞为主，胞浆可透明或嗜酸性，亦可有梭形细胞，间质富于薄壁血管，脂肪细胞少见，免疫组化恒定表达 HMB45。结论：肝脏Pecoma相较发生于肾、肺部位少见，具有特殊的组织学表现及特征的免疫标记表达。生物学行为不确定，手术完整切除为主要治疗手段。
목적：：탐토간장혈관주상피양세포종류적림상병리표현급감별진단。방법：회고기과실진단적1례간장Pecoma적 HE염색표현급면역조화표체，병복습상관문헌。결과：혈관주상피양세포종류(Pecoma)래원우간협，조직학표현위종류세포이상피양세포위주，포장가투명혹기산성，역가유사형세포，간질부우박벽혈관，지방세포소견，면역조화항정표체 HMB45。결론：간장Pecoma상교발생우신、폐부위소견，구유특수적조직학표현급특정적면역표기표체。생물학행위불학정，수술완정절제위주요치료수단。
Objective:To investigate clinical pathological manifestations of Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor and diffential diagnosis.Methods:Review the staining manifestation and immunohistochemical expres-sion of Hematoxylin-Eosin of one of the Pecoma in our department and review relevant literature.Results:Pe-coma originated in mesenchyme,histologically ,the tumor cell were mainly found to be epithelioid cell and the cytoplasm can be transparent or eosinophilic and spindle.The stroma were attached to thin-wall vessels.Few adipocyte can be found.The expression of immunohistochemistry was constantly found to be HMB45.Con-clusion:Compared with the pecoma found on kindey and lung,liver pecoma is relatively scarce and it has spe-cial histological expression and immunolabelling expressions for characteristics.The biological behavior is uncertain,and the main therapy is complete surgical resection.
