目的:利用心肌功能指数评价妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心功能的影响。方法80例孕妇作为研究对象,将其中40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇归为观察组,其中健康的40例孕妇归为对照组,对两组孕妇进行心肌功能指数的检测,比较观察两组的检测结果,讨论妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心功能的影响。结果观察组左心室和右心室的射血时间明显比对照组的时间短,观察组左右心室的心肌功能指数相比对照组明显要高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌功能指数在测定妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的胎心功能方面有十分明显的效果,它能够为相关的临床诊治提供准确的数据支撑,对研究妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心功能的影响有积极的意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To implement myocardial performance index in evaluation of influence of gestational diabetes mellitus on fetal cardiac function. Methods There were 80 pregnant women as the study subjects. Among them, there were 40 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus as the observation group, and 40 healthy cases as control group. Detections were made on the MPI of the two groups, and their results were compared and observed. Influence of gestational diabetes mellitus on fetal cardiac function was investigated. Results The observation group had obviously shorter left ventricular and right ventricular ejection time than the control group, and its MPI of left ventricular and right ventricular was higher than the control group. The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion MPI provides remarkable effect in detection of fetal cardiac function in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, and it can provide data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment. MPI has positive significance for the influence of gestational diabetes mellitus on fetal cardiac function, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
