采用超声波辅助提取技术对大理市下关镇市售蔬菜水果中的游离酚和结合酚进行提取,并采用福林-酚法测定其酚含量。试验结果表明,同一样品不同部位酚含量存在差异;水果中总酚含量高于蔬菜中总酚;蔬菜水果中游离酚含量均高于结合酚。

Use the ultrasonic assisted extraction technique to extract the free phenolic and bound phenolic in the market vegetables and fruits in Xiaguan town, Dali, and use Folin-phenol mehtod determinate phenolic contents. Experimental results showed that the phenolic contents were different in different parts of the same sample; the total phenolic in fruits was higher than that of in vegetables; free phenolic content in fruits and vegetables was higher than the bound phenolic.
