以藤茶为材料,通过单因素和正交试验,优化了总多酚热水提取工艺,采用DPPH法测定了其抗氧化活性,以小鼠巨噬细胞Raw 264.7为模型,测定了其抗炎活性。结果表明,藤茶总多酚的最佳提取条件为提取时间1.5 h、提取温度100℃、料液比1∶25(g/mL),此时总多酚得率为28.61%。藤茶水提物对DPPH自由基有良好的清除效果,同时具有一定的抗炎活性,并呈现明显的量效关系。

이등다위재료,통과단인소화정교시험,우화료총다분열수제취공예,채용DPPH법측정료기항양화활성,이소서거서세포Raw 264.7위모형,측정료기항염활성。결과표명,등다총다분적최가제취조건위제취시간1.5 h、제취온도100℃、료액비1∶25(g/mL),차시총다분득솔위28.61%。등다수제물대DPPH자유기유량호적청제효과,동시구유일정적항염활성,병정현명현적량효관계。
The water extraction of total polyphenols from Ampelopsis grossedentata and the biological activity of its extracts were studied. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were achieved to be extraction at 100 ℃ for 1.5 h with a 25-fole volume of water as the extraction solvent. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the yield of total polyphenols was 28.61 % . The water extracts of Ampelopsis grossedentata showed high reducing power and excellent scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals in a dose-dependent manner, and also showed some activity on anti-inflammatory.
