By analyzing the characteristics and merits of hospital performance assessment methods, and find that it is unsuitable adopt a unified approach to evaluate the performance evaluation of all positions of the hospital, and different jobs performance evaluation indicators should be consider professional features, the risk degree, and comparability and other factors.
