采用高效液相色谱法测定了18种杏果肉中β-胡萝卜素的含量。样品采用丙酮∶石油醚(体积比20∶80)提取,40℃水浴旋转蒸发至干,无水乙醇定容,高效液相色谱测定。检测波长450 nm,定量检测限0.1 mg/kg,方法快速有效,线性关系良好。经检测表明,杏果肉中含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素,其中以骆驼黄杏的β-胡萝卜素含量最高为(17.55±0.27) mg/kg。

Measured β-carotene content in 18 kinds of apricot pulp by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Samples extracted with acetone∶petroleum ether (20∶80), rotary evaporated to dryness in 40℃water bath, diluted with ethanol, and detected with HPLC. Detection wavelength is 450 nm, quantitative detection limit is 0.1mg/kg. This method has characteristics of fast and effective , exact linear relation. The test showed that, apricot pulp was rich in β-carotene, the highest content of β-carotene in all of varieties is Luotuohuang apricot which is up to (17.55±0.27) mg/kg.
