目的：观察针刺治疗雷诺氏病的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例，取极泉、臂中、三阴交、足三里、阳池等穴，对照组30例，口服利血平1 mg/d。两组均治疗60 d后评定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率90%，对照组有效率73.3%，两组间有效率差异有显著性意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：针刺治疗雷诺氏病有很好的疗效。

목적：관찰침자치료뢰낙씨병적림상료효。방법：장60례환자수궤분위량조。치료조30례，취겁천、비중、삼음교、족삼리、양지등혈，대조조30례，구복리혈평1 mg/d。량조균치료60 d후평정료효。결과：치료조유효솔90%，대조조유효솔73.3%，량조간유효솔차이유현저성의의（P﹤0.05）。결론：침자치료뢰낙씨병유흔호적료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture to treat Raynaud disease. Methods:60 patients are randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group 30 cases is treated with acupuncture,and control group 30 cases is treated with western medicine.Results:The total therapeutic effective rate in two groups were 90 percents and 73.3 percents.The curative effects of the two groups are obviously different when evaluating the treatment methods of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It indicated that the therapenfic effect of treatment group is remarkably excellent than that in the control group.
