It is important in a modern hospital for the nursing administrators to utilize effective management strategies, create and maintain harmonious working atmosphere where nurses are initiative to devote themselves to nursing management and provide high-quality nursing service for patients in good mood, finally improving the quality of nursing. The role and responsibility of nursing administrators were defined in this work. Strategies and skills of nursing management were elaborated through the analysis of specific cases in order to provide valuable reference for nursing administrators.
