目的：对比和探讨中西药治疗慢性咽炎的有效方案。方法：将620例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各310例，治疗组采用自拟清咽茶为主配合雾化吸入治疗，对照组采用西药治疗，观察对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组治愈96例、显效165例、有效44例、无效5例，总有效率98.4%；对照组治愈32例、显效86例、有效162例、无效30例，总有效率90.3%，两者差异有显著性（P<0.01）。结论：治疗组疗效优于对照组且药物毒副作用较小、服用方便、价格低，患者乐于接受，值得临床推广。

목적：대비화탐토중서약치료만성인염적유효방안。방법：장620례만성인염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각310례，치료조채용자의청인다위주배합무화흡입치료，대조조채용서약치료，관찰대비량조치료효과。결과：치료조치유96례、현효165례、유효44례、무효5례，총유효솔98.4%；대조조치유32례、현효86례、유효162례、무효30례，총유효솔90.3%，량자차이유현저성（P<0.01）。결론：치료조료효우우대조조차약물독부작용교소、복용방편、개격저，환자악우접수，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To compare and discuss Chinese and effective solutions for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 620 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 310 cases in treatment group to adopt the qing pharynx tea is given priority to with atomization inhalation therapy, the control group treated by western medicine, observe compared two groups of treatment effect. Results: the treatment group cure 96 cases, 165 cases were markedly improved, effective, 44 cases in 5 cases, total effective rate was 98.38%;Control group cure 32 cases of 86 cases, 86 cases were markedly improved, effective, invalid 30 cases, total effective rate 90.32%, there was a significant difference in sex (P<0.01). Conclusion:the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group and drug side effect, convenient taking smaller, the price is low, the patients are willing to accept, worth clinical promotion.
